Terms of Service

1. About Boxless

Boxless LLC ("Boxless," "we," "us," or "our") is a moving tote rental company operating in the OKC metro area, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, and surrounding communities. We provide plastic moving tote delivery, rental, and pickup services. Contact us at info@boxlessokc.com.

2. Rental Agreement

By completing a booking, you enter into a rental agreement with Boxless LLC for the use of moving totes and related equipment for the duration specified in your order. The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the time of pickup.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are placed online at boxlessokc.com
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• A refundable damage deposit hold will be authorized on your card at booking
• Deposit holds are released automatically upon confirmed full return of all equipment in undamaged condition
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery and pickup are included in the rental price for addresses within our service area
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible during the scheduled window
• You will receive a photo confirmation at drop-off and pickup
• If no one is available and the location is not accessible, a redelivery fee may apply
• Boxless is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control

5. Rental Period and Extensions

• The standard rental period is as selected at booking (7 or 14 days)
• Extensions are available at a rate of $0.60 per tote per day
• Extensions must be requested and paid for before the scheduled pickup date
• Totes not returned by the pickup date without a paid extension will be subject to late fees of $0.60 per tote per day
• A missed pickup fee of $25 applies if we arrive and cannot complete the pickup

6. Equipment Care and Responsibility

You are responsible for the Boxless equipment from the time of delivery until pickup is complete. You agree to:

• Use totes only for their intended purpose (moving personal belongings)
• Not expose totes to hazardous materials, chemicals, or extreme conditions
• Stack totes and make them accessible at the scheduled pickup time and location
• Return all equipment in the same quantity and condition as delivered

7. Damage and Loss

• Missing totes: $20 per tote charged to card on file
• Damaged totes: $20 per tote depending on damage severity
• Damaged dollies: $75 per tote dolly, $150 per furniture dolly
• Damaged moving blankets: $10 per blanket

Damage or loss charges will be assessed at pickup and applied to the deposit hold. If charges exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. Disputed charges must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.

8. Consumables

Packing paper, bubble wrap, tape, and other consumable supplies are sold as one-time use items and are not returnable or refundable.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: full refund
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before scheduled delivery: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: no refund
• Deposit holds are released within 3–5 business days of confirmed full return

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Boxless LLC related to your rental. Transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, pickup notifications) are required for service delivery. Marketing messages require separate opt-in consent. Text STOP to opt out of any SMS communications. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Service Area

Boxless currently serves the OKC metro area including Oklahoma City, Edmond, and surrounding communities within our standard delivery radius. Deliveries outside our standard service area may be subject to additional fees. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your address is within our service area.

12. Limitation of Liability

Boxless LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boxless LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
